"Hi Connie...the subscription is just another way of receiving the info. The info is the same but sometimes there's extra info for subscribers that doesn't appear on the Cd-Rom. Subscription is a ONE-OFF PAYMENT NOT INSTALMENTS.
There are huge amounts of specifics whichever method you choose.
